Early season apple

A relative to the Golden Delicious and Aubermarie Pippin apples
It is a yellow apple with a sweet flavour and slightly crisp flesh
Very similar in taste to the Golden Delicious apple
Cooks up well in pies and sauces and stays white in salads

** Early season apples should be eaten soon, as they have a short shelf life **
